Looking to invest in Eugene/Springfield, OR area as my family and I are looking to set some roots in.This will be my first time investing in real estate, so would be looking to build a team starting with realtors, brokers, PM’s and contractors.

@Jason Lee, I’m personally invested in a triple net lease fund with very conservative leverage (40%), an investment grade rating, diiversified into hundreds of properties in industries they feel are both recession and Amazon resistant, and where the sponsor has full real estate cycle experience in this exact asset class and strategy.

It’s also a team sport: you cannot do it on your own.

A true TK will have their own PM team.... full skin in the game. 

They key to success in Kansas City is buying in the right area and working with a good team on the ground.

If you haven't done any deals before team up with a more experienced partner and show the investors their deals.
