Newbies, tired of being told by the old contributors on BP to search for specific details on a topic, but you can't find it?

They were more respectful of my property and they were only there for 6 months so if I got tired of them, I wouldn't have to deal with them for long.Let me know if there is anything else I can be of help with.Karl

3- As I will be targeting end buyers I'm expecting a good number of showings, many will be tire kickers as in any open house.

Call for rent signs and try to see if you can find any tired landlords.

Eventually, that gets tiring and you just have to go out there, do your best, possibly fail and then learn and repeat. 

High HOA due complexes because they get tired to paying steep dues while managing a property.  

A few old tires as well as other lesser garbage.Would the tenant on a NNN lease be responsible for this?

It took a while to find a good out-of-state property management company when we got tired of dealing with ours as well.  

PS I apologize that this post will come off as aggressive, but I am tired of trying to provide helpful and ethical advice to people and basically getting slandered by the same few posters.

I should have clarified that I have received my rent late each month for the past two years (anywhere from the 10th -15th of each month) and am tired of dealing with it.
