As interest rates go down or threaten to go down the competition will increase and prices will increase thus negating a lower interest rate.

Really wish realtor fees were flat rate for leasing or at least 2 weeks rent vs 4....I have a nicer unit but it's by no means "luxury" and it will rent in two seconds with no real marketing needed...definitely not 4k worth of work for a realtor imo...

I really do try my best to be an awesome landlord, but it’s starting to not feel worth the time and energy.The house is at a 2% fixed rate so it’s hard to consider selling (at least right now), and getting the tenants out of the house would cost at least $5k per the Portland laws.
