I just know that their website is very misleading.  

Here is where we are at:The house went to the MLS and the Homesearch website two weeks before the auction date.  

I did a lot of business start up research over those years and drove my husband nuts with ideas from Herbalife to website development. 

Right now I dont wont them to call people but I know that some of them specialize in lead generation, but I don't want the  to go to CL and just get me names and numbers bc once I had them get some information about buyers and the leads was crap.I know that not every lead is gold but I would like for all of them not to be junk.I dont wont them to cut and paste from then newspaper or web sites.

Also, Are there any web sites that can help me determine if a area is a good or bad Neighborhood?

Are there any web sites I should look at that will help me find good investments areas to focus on?  

Is there a significant benefit to building and having a website associated with the business, as opposed to not having one?
