I'm an active agent and investor in the very far west suburbs (the exburbs) of Chicago near Northern Illinois University.

I’m a senior at the University of Arizona and I’ll be starting Navy flight training in Pensacola, FL next year.

I attended a multifamily submit (virtual classroom) in January and learned a TON for only 1/10th of the cost.

For example, I just put in an offer for 3 plex in this college town about 0.3 miles from the university on the east coast for $185k. 

Virtually all the online classes are similar.

Really quick, I finally have blocked out time to work on real estate (I’ve been working full-time at my day job BUT just resigned so now I have the time lol).I’m big on being remote yet accessible as I’m building my real estate business I have few questions: Are any agents getting listings completely virtual and actually listing all virtual (never meeting the seller)?
