I offer syndications, but I also offer true partnerships on smaller deals where the investor is more involved.

It's true you can purchase real estate with other people's money, but you will need to bring something else to the table.Perhaps you can focus on finding the great deals, then finding others who have the capital how great the deal is then partner with them on it.Best of luck!

I find this to be especially true at the low end of the price spectrum.

Even with the three miracles that just happened, at interest only on $40k at 8% is $266.67 per month, so you're saving less than $4 dollars per month, and need to come up with that $40K in two years anyway. 

True- definitely  hot however it comes with its own challenges.. there are entire threads on BP with investment in poconos.. regulations, lack of good quality and timely labor , make it a nightmare to operate at times..Originally posted by @William Beck:@Curt S.
