Do trucks come and go all day, or maybe just a few during business hours?  

Have you considered the alternative of renting for longer and using your money to create more money for you, and then buying your own property at a later date without a mortgage?

We held fast that we were selling the house however, in lieu of evicting, once they had successfully exited the house, we gave them back 1 month rent, full deposit and paid for the moving truck and dumpster.
