While you are driving you can put door hangers on houses that look like good candidates and also talk to people and pass out business cards.

I could have misunderstood the 50% rule that Josh and Brandon talk about in one of their very early podcasts.  

And there will always be people who think that way just as there will always be people who cannot be bothered doing lawn and yard maintenance who will like to move into those types of units.And I know many of the buildings that you are talking about.
