@Brent Sweet thats a great point, though its plan specific if you have to pay back when you lose or leave your job.

  $89k-$110k seems to be a sweet spot for owner finance.  

If I did though I'd guess that properties in the sweet spot (not to close to the rail not too far) may get a decent amount of appreciation but to double?
