It's scheduled during my 40th birthday so it could be a fun way to mark a milestone.

I have a bit of a crazy work schedule but I'm gonna try and make the next meeting you guys have if it lines up with a day off.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Wed 27 January and will cover "Commercial Rea Estate." 

I was a carpenter when i was younger so am very handy and like the idea of flipping but not sure my schedule would allow me the time.  

We then schedule our full time contractor to come give a bid and verify the materials will be accurate as well. 

You need to schedule but otherwise anyone who does not give you access yo need to walk away from the deal.

But, I am resetting my payment schedule for another 30 years.

They schedule meetups where they lure you in by advertising some secret strategy, but charge $20 - $200 per seat for the meeting. 

You were probably lucky that you were able to get the nonpaying tenant out very quickly and someone new scheduled to go in Feb 1.
