I currently have a 16 acre parcel zoned as rural residential 10 that I would like to break into 3 parcels, essentially re-zoning as rural residential 5, but our county has recently buckled down on parcel divisions so I want to hear what others have done to get the county to grant a re-zoning request or an exception for a specific lot/ lots.

SEC 8 will require you submit paperwork saying you are the new owner and you can request the higher rent.

I do not know about in Maryland, but in Texas if the home has been inspected recently and the inspection report was made available to the seller(s) then they must make this report available upon request to other potential buyers in the near future.

They have requested an inspector a few times, but never once had an issue getting a policy to cover the rebuild amount, not the amount of the sale or actual value.
