First, I would say that unless you reported the pot to the police, and then they advised how to destroy or they confiscate I would image your lease drug paragraph would have no legal merit in a court of law and or may be cause to find you guilty of a crime had you not notified the police.Second, as many others have said, you should base the deposit return on the condition of the apartment unit.Third, just because you can, doesn't mean you should.I liken the security deposit return to that of a 'personal guarantee'.

If there are some concerns with credit score, perhaps print out an analysis report on the BP Calculators and take it to the banks so the loan officer can see how professional and serious your are.

I have my eye on one but don't feel comfortable pulling the trigger just yet.My investment goals:- Have enough cash flow from rentals to work on my own terms, and not report to an office for 40 hours a week.- Provide an excellent education for my young daughter.- Establish a mastermind group in Hampton Roads with other beginning investors to share ideas.- Donate 10% of my investment proceeds to educating young people about computers and technology (I really want to get Raspberry Pi computers in local schools).I look forward to hearing from you all!

The business credit once approved does not report to your personal credit report.
