You'll need a local bank that will recognize your value and give you the loan and the risk is higher because in 5 years the economy might be totally different and when that balloon payment is due you could find yourself in a bind.

@George HadjichristouIn Canada there is no equivalent to an LLC - you either operate as sole proprietor or a corporation - and LLCs are not generally recognized by the CRA as being a {non-corporial} "individual" for the purposes of taxation.

Ideally, I should have a photo but at the time I signed up I was working full time in a non RE field and did not want to take a chance being recognized, even though my name would be a dead give away. lol That no longer applies and I just have not found a good picture to post.
