I agree with what you are all saying, so please disregard my post as I tried to delete it after the initial shock wore off that this happened, but BP does not seem to allow that.

I think a lot of the wholesale deals' I have looked at are low on their rehab cost and quite a bit off on their Arv's .

For example, if mold was found in the master bathroom ceiling in an occupied home a protocol in that scenario may call for a pack out of the entire master bathroom and bedroom everything within those two rooms would need to be cleaned off-site and then brought back.
