I have two friends that went this route and the quality and capabilities are top notch.

If they can be sued for prescribing the wrong medication, and an ESA is a prescription, then I feel that they should be legally responsible if the tenant is not capable of caring for the animal and the property in tandem.

Initial numbers will only tell you a small portion of the story.Or maybe it is a great deal, based on NOI, only your post implies emotion, and you are infact capable of walking on the deal.
