Hi Gunnar, I wouldn't expect a lawyer was involved, because a lawyer would probably tell them that most mold is not toxic, that they should just get out their bleach, and just ask you to have someone check it out.I think you're right, that they may have some other agenda, like trying to get out of the lease.  

The Industrial Hygenist that tested the house and determined the meth levels was supposed to report the results to the Dept of Health by now, but government moves at its own pace.

The landlord set the pace not the applicant and if they can not comply you reject their application.

This shows that the city is growing at a stable pace.

We all know that is the City Councils socialist agenda...they have made no secret about it.  

But, think about the cost of the roof and how often it has to be replaced, and maybe the cost of paying a gardener to mow the lawn, add that up over the lifetime of a roof, divide by number of months and see if the HOA fees really make sense.Find something else with no HOA fees, where you can be sure of the actual costs for the future and be in control of your property, where the only laws that can affect your property are put into place by a government or chamber of commerce where there are people involved that normally are a lot smarter than the homeowners who get on the board of the HOA with some weird personal agenda and zero property management experience.I kept my condo in Davis, CA for about 3 years and couldn't wait to sell it. 

I am on pace for over 7 figures in commissions this year WITH THE VIRUS going on with RETAIL.There are TONS of buyers buying retail properties folks.

Got to keep the taxes and LLC's straight.And just to get a change of pace, I do some of the not so important things like design a logo and set up a web site.
