Yah. you'll always get that tint, but still listen to their answers, see if they own facilities, etc.

Hi everyone,I've searched the archives but can't find an answer to what seems would be a common item -  For residential leases where you have an LLC that owns the property and another LLC that manages that property, takes rent, does repairs etc., how do you structure the lease agreement. 

No right or wrong answer it's up to you and your goals. 

Or if the person you're working with is a broker, and the original lender doesn't offer that option, they can take your file to another investor.
