Brandon Turner's free weekly webinars are great, his books are awesome, the forums always have interesting ideas and methods, and I've found Youtube videos by folks like Chandler Smith to be engaging and learning opportunities.

There are numerous steps we can take to combat this lunacy.

When we use the BRRRR method it's used to help us DECREASE our out of pocket expenses when buying an investment property.

I did end up getting them done last week using this method exactly.  

I haven't thought of the AirBnB method but I will start doing that now.  

Now I know there is the occasional rare professional equipped with both experience and a scientific method.  

Hi Robert, One method to find buyers is check your local tax assessor's website for ownership information.

Or...BRRRR method. 

I've spoken with numerous hard money lenders at this point and it seems like all of them have suspended their refinance programs. 

I however do not recommend method due to them being much weaker than stronger more heavy concentrate products such as TNT and clorox wipes.
