Leverage can be a great thing but its a calculated risk , and a lot of people put too much faith on the upside and little consideration  for the downside .

You can also look into an umbrella policy for higher coverage but not always needed.

There are lenders who will let you pull out 75%-80% or so, possibly based on rents vs your own income if you don’t qualify that way, but their rates and fees will typically be higher than conventional loan products, and you may need rental history to go that route.

Because all my need for notary are in CA, I was unaware that this practice was not everywhere.  

I've looked at Box and I don't mind paying for cloud storage (since otherwise you pay with privacy) but at the time I didn't like the application integration on iOS as much.

Many HM lenders have a cap on how much of an assignment fee they will pay for.

The thing is, that kind of partnership puts a limit on how much we can make from the deal.
