I want to attend to investor meetings?

Aqil Dharamsey is it possible we can schedule a time to meet for coffee and chat?

It is really appreciated and I hope to meet many of you going forward.  

The Knoxville Real Estate Investors Association - KnoxREIA.com - will begin advertising Turnkey properties from its members in September and there will be a Deal Table beginning with the Sept 13 meeting.

I plan to move back to the West Coast (San Diego) for my next tour and would love to meet some local PC investors to partner with so I can continue investing in this area when I transfer.

I live in the Seven Hills area so I am hoping to pick some brains and possibly meet some seasoned investors around the LV area.

A lot of student rentals even here in an extremely tight market are offering concessions like free month (or $250 off), free wi-fi, free tv or whatever at this late stage in the season.Advertise in the school common area, near mailboxes or whatever in addition to the standard ways.This certainly doesn't happen to everyone so I hope it hasn't discouraged you from investing @Jem Jacala!
