Try doing it in March or April when you do.  

I listed it on Airbnb late in February 2023 and within a few hours had a request to rent it March-April.

Purchased a primary residence in March 2017 and lived in it until Jan 2020, then rented it out until May 2022 and sold in June 2022.  

The answers to those questions should've allowed you to not fill the schedule L.Also, I hope you have an extension or operate on a fiscal year because calendar year filings require form 1065 to be post marked by March 15.
