They are very protected by federal law because they DON'T independently investigate anything they just report.

There was a time I was investigating Memphis and found it was a very unique place.

If they report they are receiving what they perceive to be an unsolicited ad based on something they posted, we will investigate.

May want to investigate.

I am investigating this very matter right now  Perhaps I am missing something or just oversimplifying things, but it seems like the discussion went from not including the properties and just having a management co to talk about an llc for every couple properties.  

Also, we had a ton of section 8 inquiries. is this normal for the area or is this a option we should be investigating for this particular house and area?
