I have a friend who is a professional fence builder/installer and he says if you build/install wood gates wider than 4', make sure to use extra (as in more than 2) heavy duty hinges as wood gates are heavy and over time can start to sag from the weight.

It's a natural slate roofing system but installs much easier through a batten and hanger system using all stainless steel hanging hardware.

I am not sure why the a-coil is missing, but should I have the condenser tested and see if it works and just install the parts I need?
