Options are best used in shorter terms.As to a sandwich lease, pretty simple concept, but still these are not ideal arrangements for any significant term, more than three years and a few months allowing a buyer time to actually qualify for financing.If anyone has the answer on any video, I suggest you post it here.

I call all individuals back and let them know that there deal is not for me or it is, but I give them advice on what they should do whether a short sale, deed in lue of foreclosure or try and sell.Been using the same postcard for 7yrs now and would not change it for anything.Letters must be opened.

I have been renting my houses for 3 years.But this is the first time I had to evict my tenant.He is been late for 3 months.After the first month I called and he said he had had financial problems ,but he will pay me for both months next deadline.He never did.I tried to call him ,and no answer.Also every time that i go to the property he has 2 other individual living there who are not on the Lease ,,"what do I do with them"????
