Today I went to the home going to need a lot of work but my father told me around $80,000 that includes plumbing, electrical, kitchen, renovate one bathroom add an additional bath to master suite on second floor, creating an open floor plan, finishing the basement, Vinyl siding for exterior, windows, and extensive landscaping.

Hi, We are in Rochester, NY and need to take out an old irregular sized tub and replace with tiled walk-in shower (not enough room to replace with new standard sized tub) and shelving on one side (this solves our dilemma of making more storage for 3 people in a very tiny bathroom).

People do not mind old kitchens or old bathrooms here, as long as they are clean, but central heat and air will give a huge jump on anyone else.One of the reasons some people choose apartments over single family homes is because of central heat & air.
