One, I would like to quit being gone for work and two, I do buy-n-hold rentals which provide cash flow and I can keep up with things through my managers even when I am out of town.We got into the game by accident, we moved to grow our family and were stuck with a town house that we bought about 3 days before the height of the housing bubble with a 0-down VA loan.  

I'm a new investor in this area and considering to purchase a Single Family Home at the east side of Cleveland Heights close to Center West Side of East Cleveland.Since its close the East Cleveland, I will be happy to know if this area is OK for buying a house in order to rent it for a few years. 

I'm specifically interested in companies that work in Uptown, Northeast, and Columbia Heights.

There is a couple of streets in Glenn Heights that are lined with 1980's / 1990's duplexes but none of them are for sale yet. 

Coin Laundry, Snow Removal (if your streets are not dedicated back to the county), Lawn Mowing (technically each is responsible for their own lot, but you end up with several heights of grass and random lawnmowers strewn about)

He had a 9’ ceiling in the basement for extra height clearances.

I'm currently looking at co-ops in Harlem and Jackson Heights due to how convenient they are.

They can be great for cash-flow but also difficult to lease if they aren't what the market is looking for - ceiling height, access to highways, population, etc.
