Also crossed the Equator a couple times and fantastic naturalists leading all the excursions with great knowledge.

As a "Green" builder, VOCs and indoor air quality are important to me!

We luckily found a somewhat bullish, capital ready group that had very few contingencies (other than awarded credit)...so now fingers crossed we are in the top 3 in # of units for the county (the tie breaker metric).

@Josh Green totally agree, there is more room for me to execute on rent growth by adding amenities and right now (I should clarify) only 3 of the rooms are available and 1 is used for storage.

(I've been regularly listening to BP podcasts by David Greene and team, though).I got inspired by everything BP, joined some mentorships, started buying rental properties, quickly did a pivot to flips, and has since flipped upwards of 20 properties since 2021. 

Please you can't really tell from the bank account which bill belongs to which door, and you have to cross-reference to statements, which may or may not get lost in the mail.
