A bit of history: My wife and I purchased a failing furniture store from a retiring couple 3 years ago. 

I believe they are having monthly virtual meetings at the moment.

It has been a while since my wife and I have been down there to buy tile but I know they have it.We bought all our Saltillo tile, Talavera tile and Mexican pine furniture down there.  

I tried to explain about how a hot market would be really hard to break into for a virtual wholesaler with no experience and no money and no real estate knowledge.

We completed gutted the house and replaced virtually everything except for the hardwood floors we were able to refinish those.

YUP Tesla is going to change the automotive world no doubt.. i am starting to add  EV charging out lets in my spec homes garages.. and I tell folks you may not need it now.. but in the next 10 years virtually everyone will have at least one EV.  

(I don’t know if you would be a 1st time buyer, & have no way of knowing if you would qualify without knowing your financial picture, etc, but it’s a very good program to check out.)NYC has some real estate groups on Meetup.com, a lot of them are still meeting virtually on Zoom.
