It's grown into a strong collaborative team of retail and investor-agents adding tremendous value to help each other build better businesses, wealth, and passive income.

I would also like to use this thread as a way to reach out to other wholesalers in my state so that maybe we can start some preliminary convos and perhaps eventually create a networking/collaboration group.

From talking to people who were more involved both time and capital-wise than me, I found that they will give their members deals (acting as a wholesaler) and many of their bus tours and what-not (where you get the big 100 unit deals) is basically a collaboration of members buying other members properties.

@Bobby Foster I think this is a great plan.

@Dave Foster, If I sell my primary residence i've lived in now for six months, and use half the gains as a down payment for this house of greater value, then I would need to pay tax on the the amount I used as a down payment?

But the way I see it is, going to live on your own and collaborate with people, can set you up for a pretty good foundation in your business if you are willing to put the time and effort in.
