They used my backyard for filming, the garage for equipment set up, and my porch and living room/kitchen for everything else.I didn't expect (or even think about) all the cars that showed up, so I would say PARKING is a big consideration.  

Then try and market it to a rehabber and if you don’t get any bites, your only out a small amount of option consideration money.

So, some of the consideration is just running the numbers to see which way works best for your goals and some of the consideration is how active or passive you get to be.
