I am wondering if anyone in the Milwaukee area knows of a good law firm to use.

Do you have a firm grasp on the numbers of each, and a high level of confidence that you can meet them?

get the other side rented out properly, with proper contracts, then also properly maintain seperate accounts for the rental income and expenses and bookkeep properly. stay firm but friendly as a landlord
