We have a local broker who gave us her opinion but we dont trust her due to giving us some false information and the fact that she is taking every opportunity to discourage us from rehabing the place vs selling as is.

I'm not sure what the regulations are for how many mobile homes I can put on that property for the size and traditional websites have no data for the rental market in that area for me to gauge the market for myself.  

Then hit the internet websites and see if there are any recent sales to estimate current market value.
