Just pulling something from the internet (don't trust everything you see so take this with a grain of salt I'm not a lawyer): "If the building in question isn't officially designated as an SRO or hotel, it is illegal for landlords to rent individual rooms to tenants for a number of reasons, including that it could allow landlords to evade the maximum rent permitted by the Rent Stabilization Law and Code."

Below are all of the factors that play into these projects and why I have a hard time calculating a true and fair return % on them.- These projects are separate than unit interior renovations (most of these properties had units renovated 7+ years ago and that was easy to measure).- I want a market adjusted return/yield.

I would love to find a software to help automate the following tasks, there are lots of options, most at $40/month, would prefer cheaper but will probably pay this for the best software that can best handle:- creating a direct booking website from my Airbnb listing, I know some websites have an auto-builder which would be preferred- handling automated messaging- handling calendar and payments, including add-ons- sending agreements and collecting and returning depositsI am overwhelmed with the options and suffering analysis paralysis.
