Then you get the rest in 3 or 4 construction draws.So you really have to make an extensive spreadsheet and plan out your cash flow MONTH BY MONTH, making sure to include all the carrying costs, including loan interest, utilities, property taxes, insurance, etc.

I've been happy with Cozy payments thus far - just make sure tenants set it up before the last minute.I did extensive research to find a good tool that integrates online applications and background checks, and got rent collection as a bonus as well.
