A mortgage lien doesn't just expire because it hasn't had a payment for a period of six years.

I then found another bank who would do it and allow me to move in "earliest lease expires" which was great, but they wanted more down payment than I was prepared for to meet my numbers.

Today, however, she sent me a terse response that she doesn't understand what my problem is (previous landlord never had an issue with it) and that she will not be renewing her lease, which expires 1/31. 

If the tenants want to claim the lease has expired, that means they are essentially under a month-to-month lease.

Therefore, we would not renew leases when they expire.

You should, however, be able to get a 30 year amortization schedule with a 10 year balloon payment when the term expires.  

Do the tax lien certificates owned by us individuals freeze until the auction date, and by freeze I mean do they not expire?

@Russell Holmes I think I’m going to let some of the warranties expire on the newer properties and take the risk. 

Am I correct in assuming this is expired and not a binding deed at this point?
