Having no experience in commercial properties and financing project like this, I decided to reach out to this community hoping to get some guidance for the following. - Best options to finance renovations for the property.

If you have the time and experience, hiring your own subs (like plumbers, electricians, painters) can save you some money, but you'll need to manage the project yourself.

In terms of property management I have zero experience and wanted to get feedback on the hourly commitment so I can determine if I should self manage or get a pm.
