Because there are so many positive aspects to it, we've been advertising it (in a very limited way so far) as "Executive Living"; so, as much as I'd love to DIY when it comes to property management, I suspect whoever we find as Tenant(s) (we might split the upstairs two floors from the basement in another year or so) will reasonably expect a higher level of service than I'd be able to offer, given my relative lack of experience in this field.

I should be more succinct:Borrower: Still on the deed.Lender is executing Foreclosure sales, that just keep getting rescheduled, while I painstakingly continue to try to negotiate with them.Incidentally, borrower is my mother.
