My career field is also construction project management, working for a general contractor.

I typically figure 5% repairs, plumbing, electrical, 3% miscellaneous (tree trimming, gutter clean-out, landscape upkeep, lock changes, etc.)That deal is tight.

I have some people if you are still looking for contractors.

We actually went riding through Seminole heights and noticed that 90% of the homes were already under contract or rehabbing in progress so I do see that it may be hard to find the deals.

RE Agent, Title Co/Attorney, Financiers, Contractors, Property Managers, etc...

I'm assuming that I should use the time between ratification (fingers crossed) and settlement to line up contractors (have 1 that walked the property with me, but would like to get a couple more). 

So I hired a contractor to come clean the 40' long 10" diamater tree branch off the roof and numerous other branches leaning collapsed fences, I hired another contractor to come fix the roof leak. 

Starting to build out my team in KC but haven't been able to connect with any contractors yet.
