again not nit picking just curious because I know that their marketing message is 100% financing.. and if your in OHIO.and your actually going to use a down payment there are HML that will compete for your business and help you.one is a BP member@Darrin Carey   Darrin is an Uber experienced HML in your area.. and you will find someone local is more benefit than a lender on the other side of the country and will be able to guide you in a way that no out of area lender can.. you may want to ring him up and have a chat.. 

So, I’m using this as an opportunity to do a full bathroom reno since the building is in a nice area and I want to attract good tenants.The unit is a studio with seperate ear-in kitchen, so will most likely be a single tenant.My mistake was that I intended to get a 60 inch shower installed, and a 36 inch wide shower was installed.Here is a video of the setup with the 36 inch wide shower where you can see the current situation: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DpsdpkQ8necpy84q0-u_fp85htr...I see my options as:1) keeping the shower as is and saying it’s good enough for the rental2) getting a plumber to switch shower and toilet drains and build larger tiled shower in shower space 3) moving wall back and plumbing back and putting 60 inch wide shower base as originally intendedOpen to hearing opinions and reasons!

My main trouble with the kit toilets is the cheap bolts and thin wax rings.

Totally depends on your market, if I provide my phone number on the listing in my market, my phone would ring non-stop all day.. and they all want to see the space and swear they can afford it.. truth is, if someone is in the market to rent, they will submit the application; besides, Zillow applicants can submit unlimited applications within 30 days of paying a one-time $35 fee
