It's always good to get a reminder to keep a close eye on the market.

All three windows need to be the same size and as close to the same distance apart as possible -none more important than the other - you need to sort of 'bore' the eye, so you can do something to draw attention to the main event - the front door.You might have to fiddle with the details a bit but try to keep the principles in mind - focus, balance, symmetry and/or repetition - and you'll be fine.

Either way, extra liability and extra wear and tear.If you want to help your tenant set up a business out of your rental property, then you better go in with eyes wide open.Find out what licensing is required in your jurisdiction for this type of business.

If there are 4 title companies in a county, you theoretically could lay eyes on 25% of all transactions that happen.

Here in my City it is easy to separately meter small multifamily properties and require the tenant to be responsible for the water bills.If I had to be responsible for the water bill as a landlord I like the idea mentioned above of paying the minimum water bill and billing anything above back to the tenants; it still incentivises them to keep an eye on their consumption.

Just needing some outside eyes looking in to see a diffrent perpective, I feel as if I get so stuck and don’t know which move would put me in a better position for the next , any help is appreciated !
