But there is denying there are many on the internet selling cheapo on line course of regurgitated stuff that is one just goes to other sources one does not need to pay for that kind of info.I went to one in Vegas it was a wholesaler from Ohio.. the guy was SO BAD but he is popular..

If you go elsewhere and get denied, then the pre-approvial letter is worthless, misleading and can be considered fraud, as you've failed to get the financing that was available to you.You might try then to go back and use that bank, but likely would need to ASK for an extension in the closing, which I am not bound to grant.Do this to me with this result and I would KEEP your earnest money deposit.So what the Heck, do it right on the first pass and celebrate at COE !!!

Assuming that the insurance company doesn't find a reason to deny a claim of course.Ask your insurance company if they have such an endorsement, and what it actually covers, and under what sorts of circumstances a claim will be honored and what sorts of circumstances would lead to a denial of a claim.Here's a thread where having that coverage still would not have resulted in a claim being paid:http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/24/topics/1201...

Maybe the rent is too low, maybe a den is actually a third bedroom, maybe the landlord is paying for all the utilities when it can be submetered or split, etc.

There is no denying that the housing market has become much harder to access than when our great great grandpa working as a shoe salesman could afford a 4 bedroom home but the truth is that the opportunity to own a home is still very obtainable as long as you know your limits.
