Once it's done, the repair person just calls me back and I usually give them a credit card number over the phone, or occasionally I'll mail them a check if they don't accept credit cards.I can generally handle the whole repair right from my cell phone no matter where I'm at.

I liked that idea so much I cash in some reward points from my credit card for Amazon gift cards and purchased 100 books from Amazon.
