Just don't let it affect your view of future tenants, there are some good ones out there and as having been one of them, it sucks when your landlord automatically assumes the worst just because you're a tenant - remember they're ultimately the customer.

We have a good relationship with a shipper, if you are using that volume, it will be worth it, you will need 20' FCL, it will be a little more expensive than not FCL but it will not be mixed with other customer's products as well.

They collect the origination fee from you, sell their mortgage, apparently conveniently thru MERS, get their money back, goes on to next customer, do another mortgage.
