@Taylor Shapiro , basically I showed him how that if let's say, god forbid, I died in a plane crash the day after closing, all he has to do is call a lawyer, pay $1,000, and he can foreclose on the property in 30 days.

It's good to know I'm not too late.The uncertainty of the market now definitely makes things more risky so the goal is to keep my rehab max 6 weeks, if the market crashes the plan is to have more cash in hand to take advantage.I'll certainly be back with any questions I may have.
