That process only took me about 2 months I know I'm slow my wife took longer to convince because it was our child and as most parents we hope the best for our children.

Schools  (families with school-age children and college students) and 1 level living (retirees) are big drivers of that here.

Resist the temptation of focusing on quick cash, wholesale/flipping strategies or at least temper it by simultaneously building long term wealth with rentals when it makes sense to do so, the goal being passive income or mailbox money that you can use for retirement, children's college education, etc.
