Can you imagine teaching your child to swim by having them read lists on how to swim (very detailed and complete lists...covering every step of the process) and then having them run "what-if scenarios" on your proprietary super-duper how to swim software? 

As well there are alot of church preachy sermons and a a good part of one class with her son bragging about his expensive cars, flying in a copter to a cliff to propose to his wife, photo's of their wedding, their child, son pumping his wife's artwork, etc.  

I am slightly concerned about the age of the house and what lies under all the sheet rock (possibly cast iron plumbing, old electrical, etc...) and don't want to be held responsible for someones child dying due to my neglect of DD and the house burning down.
