Haven't got prodio so this comment is pure computer science.We normally create an object (aka contact/client/customer/user, call it whatever you please),and then assert (define) each object HAS A attribute, like first_name, last_name, phone, address, ....There's lots of places a contact can be used and it's a nightmare to have this data segregated into different places according to use (say buyer vs seller). 

Instead of fetching individual objects inside a loop, fetch a collection of objects in one API operation.

Both objective and subjective.

On another note...as an objective observation after reading through several threads and hundreds of comments on this age old debate, I think that (and believe contractors and investors can agree) while a phased percentage draw pay schedule itself may generally be a good standard practice, it’s the underlying trust and relationship built between the parties that drives the actual percentage paid on those phases.

I hope you don't object to those people?

They may have different requirements and objectives for those unit types.I agree with @Franco Tonelli that you should be seeking professional advice, however, I would not start with an accountant. 

While getting some cash yield would be great, my main objective is for the property to at least be carry neutral (inclusive of property management fees, given I'm out of state).
