At my age, I don't think it's a good idea to risk my own personal property.Fortunately, we have no credit cards, since we maxed those out during the housing crunch and ended up not being able to pay them.And we only have one 17-yr old (step) daughter who lives with her mom, so there's no child support due to anyone.I've tried network marketing, affiliate marketing, blogging, etc., etc., as a "second job," and those are not viable.  

It has forums for you to ask and answer questions (and network), there's fantastic blog posts, a great, and long-running podcast series, and a marketplace to post deals. 

Largely in part because many wholesalers don't follow the "5 Simple Commandments All Real Estate Wholesalers Should Live By" as outlined by Ken Korsini in a recent blog post.When I started my company here in Orlando it was to help change the industry for the better and actually deliver good deals to buyers in need.

Extra points can be had if it includes a blog-roll like indexing (by date) and a in-scope search.I know there is the "followed topic" feature, but what I had in-mind has an even sharper point/focus than that.
