I've been on bigger pockets for about a  year just studying and learning as much as I can.

I was uncomfortable with that to start (and the bigger the job the more discomfort) and found that a lot of guys will negotiate how they get paid.

I am taking the time to share a recent experience I had with a potential lender I connected to via Bigger Pockets.

I am excited to be on Bigger Pockets and am binge listening to the podcasts from 2013 on.

The latest bigger pockets episode was one of my favorites ..he talked about how everyone is always thinking they need to find a great deal, but how that is actually pretty hard.

I have begun looking into purchasing some rentals this summer.Rich Dad Poor Dad got my interest reignited and I have read or listened to 6-7 books and have been making my way threw the Bigger Pockets Podcasts.
