Hello ,         I am in Atlanta and few months back I attended a meeting that is scheduled every last Tuesday of the month.

To start, I would try to attend as many REIA meet ups in the area and network with active investors.

During that period there were pages and pages of real estate auctions every week, and I attended several a month.

I've been exploring the obvious like a new SEO website with blog/newsletters, videos giving investors an update on our projects, advertising on Social Media (FB, IG, etc), attending conferences, being interviewed on podcasts and/or starting my own podcasts....Any other suggestions?

I attended a duplex auction the other day in South Florida--some 80 people showed up before I lost count...and nearly all registered to bid.  

You should definitely try to attend some of the meetups in the area.

Kerwin, I would recommend attending one of the Black Diamond REI meetings as they recently had a presentation on investing in Florida since one of their board members moved down there and started investing there.I'm sure they could put you in touch with him and maybe he could give you some tips, references, maybe send you his presentation slides, etc.
